Lumacare is a not-for-profit agency committed to supporting older adults, adults with disabilities, their caregivers and family members by providing equitable, accessible, high-quality services.

As part of our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our care and services, we want to hear from our clients, caregivers and family members!

Your input is important to build our culture of client and family-centered and will help us identify ways we can improve the client experience.

We are excited to announce that we will be launching a new and improved Client Experience Survey in April 2016.

During this time, you may receive:
