Virtual Healthier Living Centre

We recognize that it is challenging for our clients to be home-bound and unable to meet their friends in our different programs at the Northwood Community Centre and in the community.

To give our Healthier Living Centre clients company through this pandemic, Lumacare is offering virtual classes for older adults to connect!

Lumacare’s virtual classes will be held daily and range from gentle fitness, chair fitness, cardio, bingo to social conversations. There is something for everyone! Please scroll below for our current schedule.
