Hazel's Legacy Subsidy Award

Joseph Martin St. Pierre and his wife Hazel St. Pierre were clients of Lumacare for 12 years. Joseph and Hazel were known to Lumacare staff for their kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for our mission to serve seniors. In their final act of extraordinary generosity, Joseph Martin St. Pierre left a generous donation to our organization in his wife’s name, ensuring that Hazel’s Legacy of caring for others continues to make a profound impact.

The Hazel Legacy Subsidy Award has been established to provide financial assistance to help ease the challenges faced by our clients in accessing our programs and services. This award is designed to offer eligible clients subsidy coverage for applicable services they are currently receiving from Lumacare. This support ensures that our clients continue to benefit from our programs and services without financial hardship.
