What are the Adult Day Programs?

We offer various adult day programs that are tailored to suit the needs of seniors. We cater to those living with:

  • Alzheimer’s
  • Dementia
  • Neurological disorders
  • Bipolar disorders
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • And many more

We also offer a program specialized for seniors who like to stay active, socialize and connect with others. While these programs are offered on our different campuses, we also offer a program for seniors to connect with us virtually.

What is the HOPEWELL Adult Day Program?

HOPEWELL is for older adults who reside in the community and wish for additional support in a group environment.

This program serves:

Five days a week: individuals 55+ living with a diagnosis of depression, generalized anxiety or bipolar disorder

Program Highlights

  • Psychological, physical, and cultural activities
  • Art, music, and life skills programming
  • Support, case management, and education
  • Medication assistance

R.I.S.E. serves older adults who wish to participate in social programming and connect with peers, and require additional support throughout the day. This program offers assistance to moderately frail individuals or those living with mild cognitive impairment.

VALLEYVIEW is a unique program split five days a week. It is designed to serve:

  1. Older adults living with dementia three days a week
  2. Older adults with mobility difficulties or those who are frail two days a week
