Request for Proposal: Equity and Diversity Framework Development and Implementation
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced consultants or firms specializing in equity, inclusion, diversity, and racism to develop and implement an actionable and measurable EIDR framework for Lumacare. This framework will serve as a foundational document to align our organizational goals with equitable practices, promote a diverse and inclusive culture, and ensure accountability.
